Landon joined the lab in the summer of 2026 as an REU RIOS intern. He is currently enrolled at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, pursuing bachelor’s degrees in marine biology and environmental sciences. He is currently completing an honors thesis examining the prey preference of diamondback terrapins at his home institution. He supports applied fisheries research within the Borsetti lab by monitoring summer flounder growth and feeding ecology within and off NJ coastal waters. He’s also interested in the management and conservation applications of finfish tagging in the Mid-Atlantic region.
